By accessing, booking, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Overview

We provide career-related professional services, including but not limited to:

All services are advisory, coaching, and document-based in nature.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

While our services are designed to improve your professional positioning, confidence, and interview performance:

  • We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, promotions, or employment outcomes
  • Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are outside our control

3. Client Responsibility

You agree that:

  • All information you provide (CV content, experience, qualifications, job history) is accurate and truthful
  • Final responsibility for submitting documents and interview responses remains with you
  • You will review all delivered materials before use

We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard turnaround times (e.g. 48 hours) begin after:
    • Payment confirmation
    • Receipt of your CV and/or completed questionnaire
  • Delays caused by late submissions or revisions may affect timelines

Urgent delivery is subject to availability.

5. Revisions & Scope

  • Services include revisions only within the agreed scope
  • Requests that fall outside the original service (e.g. role changes, new industries, additional documents) may require:
    • An upgrade
    • A new service purchase

6. Coaching & Consultancy Sessions

  • Sessions are delivered as booked (1:1, timed)
  • Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
  • Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in writing

Follow-up sessions are optional and billed separately unless stated otherwise.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and time-based nature of our services:

  • No refunds are issued once work has started
  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered
  • Refunds may only be considered if:
    • We fail to deliver the agreed service entirely

All refund decisions are at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All CVs, coaching frameworks, templates, and materials remain our intellectual property until full payment is made
  • Once delivered, you may use your CV and materials for personal career purposes only
  • Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat your personal information with strict confidentiality:

  • Your documents are used solely for service delivery
  • We do not share your data with third parties without consent
  • You are responsible for securing your own copies after delivery

10. Professional Standards Disclaimer

Our services:

  • Do not constitute legal, financial, or HR advice
  • Are based on industry best practices and professional experience
  • Are advisory and educational in nature

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Hiring decisions made by employers
  • Loss of income, opportunity, or employment outcomes
  • Use or misuse of delivered materials

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction.
